When Matt Moneymaker, owner of BFRO, had a Bigfoot sighting while on expedition in Kentucky, he probably never thought it would end up in court. The BFRO Bigfoot video footage, which was sold to Adrian Erickson of Newgrowth Capital Corp. for $20,000, was intended to become a part of a motion picture which is in production at this time.
According to Newgrowth Capital Corp v. Craig Woolheater and Cryptomundo, LLC, Woolheater declined to sign a non-disclosure agreement to view a clip of the Kentucky Bigfoot sighting film at the BFRO website. The lawsuit also alleges that Woolheater severed ties with the organization and, after receiving the clip from a BFRO member, posted it to his blog, Cryptomundo, which as it turns out is a LLC: Limited Liability Company based in California.

i never see you bate or chum .i emailed you before and want to ask if you think they hide from other critters? humans are the only critters that never stop walking try something new,most critters go about 20 to 30 feet and stop and listen,leave the clothes and gear outside all the time ,eat peanuts to cover you breath, a wild animal have great nose be more like animals in the area,cover your sent with peanut oil,shoes,jacket, pants you get it.i lived in the woods 2 1/2 years without much out side contact and this works.i think this is the only way you’ll ever get one on film .what ever you do shut up .stay ten feet apart and if you see or hear something look at the other person and if they heard it they just have to nod there head. acting like a human to a critter that doesn’t want to be seen by humans think about it. when you hear a rock don’t look that way lok the other way. your doing what they want you to do. just a thought thanks Merle [ witch means blackbird ]

But Why do I have to be subjected to a group that seems incapable of doing much other than showing other people’s footage of the creature? Or of looking like they can’t get a photograph from a camera trap they should have set up prior to some of these sightings … I mean it looks like they are too busy being satisfied with personally have a sighting than making sure they find Bigfoot
moneymaker needs to check his ego before entering woods. what a jerk. he doesnt have a clue, nor do the people on his team. He is giving the bigfoot community a black eye. Its shame that animal planet films his B.S. Hopefully in the near future he will be exposed for the fraud he is, and people will realize the only real thing about him is his last name, Moneymaker.

I don’t know why anyone would ever work with Moneymaker! I’ve never met the man but from what I can tell of his show Finding Bigfoot he is a complete self centered a$$! He treats all his people like they are stupid. Also he thinks he is the only person who knows anything about Bigfoot! Maybe one day Bigfoot will get tired of Moneymaker chasing him around and just attack his but so he would have the proof he wants! A set of hotfoots teeth marks right in his rump! Now that would make for some good TV!

What a joke, this whole thing is. I know Adrian Erickson and I hope he ended up getting screwed, because he deserves it. My husband and I saw the video, it was good for a laugh.
I think it’s the mad drive for website content that leads some to violate issues of ethics and copyright. After all, most of us can’t go contact Bigfoot whenever we want, so we’ve got to find something a little different to put on our sites to fill up the pages. However taking someone else’s photos, refusing to delete photos or other content that violate ethical concerns, and breaking copyright are all things I hope to avoid here on Bigfoot Sightings. – and Rand, thanks for your comment – good to hear from you.
Having FORMERLY been associated with Moneymaker AND Woolheater, about all I can say is I am surprised the word “thought” even came into this headline…..I was under the impression others did that for them. Much like all of the field work they credit to themselves. In fact, Woolheater STILL has pics of me on his website that he has was asked to remove three years or so ago…and hasn’t.
