I see Bigfoot

Hello everyone,

You may have heard that there have been recent bigfoot sightings in the Happy Camp area of California. Well I can say to that end that there have indeed been sightings in this area. My reason being that I have been the one doing the seeing.

My name, as you may know, is Tara Hauki. I live on the edge of the town of Happy Camp and for the last two years I have been seeing, smelling, hearing, and sensing these creatures up above my yard on the hill behind my house.

I reported my findings to the Great American Bigfoot Research Team through my good friend and colleague, Linda Martin, and when the team showed up and substantiated my suspicions by explaining to me that I lived in a perfect Bigfoot habitat I realized that I may have something there after all. Then the weirdest thing happened. It showed up. I saw it with my own eyes.

I had just awakened at about four in the morning on July 13. I walked into the tiny living room of my single-wide mobil home and opened the noisy sliding glass door that opens to my beautiful acre sized yard full of beautiful, ripe blackberry bushes gently sloping their way down approximately 300 ft. to where they end at the edge of Indian Creek. The sky was dark. Either the moon was not, or had already passed over and I was startled suddenly by the large black creature that had been frightened by the sound of the door scraping open on the worn tracks.

It was large, huge. My first thought was, “My gosh that is a big bear”! Then my brain caught up with the heart in my throat and I said to myself, “That…is not a bear”.

The legs were too long. The arms were way too long and well, it was running on two, not four limbs. It was running very fast. It disappeared around the curve of the berry bushes and made much crashing noises as it ran through the berries to the creek. I was shocked to say the least. I was afraid, but more from apprehension of the unknown more than the fear of a threat. I knew I had been sensing them and here was the proof of my faith that this is exactly what it was. I say “it” and “them”‘ alot because I think there are more than one. Who knows, I sensed them and they are here so maybe my intuition is working for me.

I have much more to share on the other sightings and proofs I have gathered since this whole thing has started. I am writing a book about all of my great Bigfoot adventures. I will be submiting more articles with other exciting encounters as this continues. Stay tuned and write me with your great stories about Bigfoot. I am also very open to any opinions or theories you may have. Be writing again soon.

Thanks,

Tara Hauki, Bigfoot Seeker

Bigfoot Expedition News

From Linda Jo Martin:

I’ve been BUSY since the Great American Bigfoot Research Organization expedition team came to town on the 4th of August to establish, kick off, and launch their videostreaming project. Somehow I was drafted to do a bit of office-tending. I also have been helping Elbert Yee with filming. I love these great cameras they’re using. High definition video – using tapes, not CD’s… they produce excellent quality videos and I noticed the Channel 5 News (from NBC in Medford) came here using a very similar camera. His video is now available for viewing on Tom Biscardi’s website: Sample Video

My job includes answering the phone, doing videostreaming, transfering the tapes to the computer and then to the internet, updating the website, and writing articles to add relevant content to the website. I’m trying to write one new article each day, but nothing I’ve written has been posted yet because it must go through an approval process.

Last night Tara had another visitation from something in the middle of the night. She’d left a bowl full of berries in her yard and that’s now gone. I’ll let her tell the details. Whatever it was didn’t go down to the creek so it didn’t show up on the video.

Yesterday I decided to offer Tara posting privileges on this weblog so I’ll be setting that up today. We are both Happy Campers (residents of Happy Camp, California) – so it is a local effort to keep people informed on what’s going on with Bigfoot research in this area.

After loading our Seiad Valley footage into the videostream we went by the Forest Service office to look at maps and to inquire about filming inside the Visitor’s Center. Then we went uphill to a wonderful campground north of Happy Camp – and when I say ‘uphill’ I mean… by the time we got there I thought we were at the top of the world. After driving around the outside of a mountain on a steep, winding, dusty dirt road for about five miles we went through the forest to a place where a large meadow spread out – enough for about 200 miners, packers, and adventurers to camp in.

Back in the 1800’s this was exactly what the area was used for – probably a place for mules to graze while men lay back and looked at the stars or joined in the legendary eternal poker game on a flat rock – a rock that has since been lost. The Forest Service has installed a campground there – appropriately named Poker Flat.

There’s much more to tell about the trip to Poker Flat, but I think I’ll leave the details for the book I’m writing. Both Tara and I are writing books about the experiences we’re going through this summer.

After leaving Poker Flat we drove to Kelly Lake and observed a bald eagle flying, swooping, hunting for fish. We heard the babies calling for food from a nest at the far side of the lake.

More later.

Linda

Bigfoot Sighting Near Happy Camp

There was a new Bigfoot sighting this last weekend only a few miles outside Happy Camp, California, where I live. I am editor of Happy Camp News, an online news site. There’s a long article on the sighting there.

As you can imagine it’s been a hectic weekend. I saw the Great American Bigfoot Research Organization in town on Sunday at the Forest Lodge. Tom Biscardi showed me the location of the sighting and I was able to take pictures of the footprints and of the research team getting ready for a night of observation. I will be putting these photos on Happy Camp News and here within a few days. It may take about a week as I have quite a bit of unrelated work to do tomorrow.

For the scoop, see Happy Camp News:

Bigfoot Sighting Here 7 Years Ago

I was taking my son’s friend Jeremy home tonight and we were talking about Bigfoot – when Jeremy suddenly said “I’ve seen Bigfoot!”… like he just then remembered. He said it followed him and his sister. “I was little then,” he said. “She had to carry me.”

When we got to his house I asked his mother about this. She said it happened when her daughter was about 17 and she’s 24 now. His sister was going to a friend’s house after dark and suddenly realized she was being followed by a large upright animal – covered with fur. She said it couldn’t have been a bear because it was standing like a man. The creature followed her as she ran all the way home carrying her little brother.

This happened right across the river from where I live, in the area of Curly Jack Road.

Bigfoot Video Online

The Manitoba Bigfoot Video is online now – at least, a very small part of it is.

You can see it at the website for A Current Affair. Their video shows the segment they aired a few days ago. Bobby Clark of the Cree Nation was interviewed – he is the photographer.

A Current Affair now has an expedition in the Lake Winnipeg, Manitoba area looking for more evidence.
