Idaho is my adopted state. I’ve lived here since 2013, in the northern panhandle section of the state. Though I no longer live in a forest, I am surrounded by forested hills, and live near the Spokane River, not far from Lake Coeur d’Alene. So, in deciding what state to explore next, I’ve chosen the one I’m living in. There seems to be plenty of Idaho Bigfoot sightings here.

A recent high school hike in the Southern Idaho woods turned into what looks like a possible Bigfoot encounter when students spotted a large, dark figure looking at them from the side of a hill.

Report of Bigfoot Found in Backyard – a Mental Aberration?
The aforementioned Bigfoot found in a backyard is apparently turning out to be an error in judgment, however a Facebook group owner who investigated the matter has been asked to wait until after Monday evening’s broadcast of Overnight AM, to share his report. He kindly agreed to that.

David Paulides interviewed for the Eureka Times-Standard
The Eureka Times-Standard is the closest major newspaper to the site of Patterson’s 1967 Bigfoot filming. Bluff Creek is north-east of Eureka; both places are in Humboldt County, California which is just east of Siskiyou County, where I live.
Author and Bigfoot researcher David Paulides was interviewed for a May 30, 2009 article about his investigation and book on Hoopa Bigfoot sightings.
